Freight and Delivery

  • Try and Byte Group Pty Ltd (“Try and Byte”) reserves the right to charge freight on any order. Freight charges for Australia wide delivery will be displayed during the checkout process. Additional charges will apply for international, express or expedited services. These will be quoted separately prior to the order being processed.
     
  • Try and Byte requires someone to be available to receive orders at the specified address during business hours. If no-one is available Try and Byte reserves the right to charge a redelivery fee of $15 ex GST for each subsequent attempt.
     
  • All items on an order placed via the Try and Byte website will be delivered to the address specified during the check-out process. Items cannot be split for separate delivery addresses when ordering via the Try and Byte website.
     
  • Once an order has been placed on the Try and Byte website you are unable to change the delivery address. Please contact a Try and Byte representative on +612 9906 5227 if you would like to make a change once an order has been processed.
     
  • Try and Byte have a selection of courier companies it uses for both local, interstate and overseas delivery. Try and Byte shall select the courier company taking into consideration delivery speed and service coverage. Try and Byte currently use the following courier companies:       
    • Within Australia - Fastway, Couriers Please, Toll or Australia Post
    • International - FedEx, Aramex or Australia Post

  • Delivery to PO Boxes is only possible using Australia Post. Where delivery to a PO Box is not possible (due to size or weight restrictions), Try and Byte shall contact you to discuss alternatives.

  • Once an order is packaged and dispatched you shall receive notification of dispatch and tracking details accessible via our order portal.
